GENERAL

• We serve only wholesome vegetarian food.
• Outside food in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Alcohol will not be served, and guests are strictly prohibited from bringing or consuming alcohol or any other form of intoxicating drugs within the premises. Smoking is allowed only at designated areas.
• We aim at creating minimal waste and hence request guests to avoid bringing single use plastic products and other non-eco-friendly products.
• All meals will be served in the dining hall only.
• Outdoor campfire is subject to weather conditions.Rs.800/campfire will be charged.
• Any extras not mentioned in the inclusion will be charged on actuals.
• We will provide blankets & pillows for drivers to sleep in their respective vehicles. Food will be provided for them along with our staff. Rs.150/meal will be charged.
• Room heaters will be provided on request @ Rs.500/night.

RESERVATIONS

• All confirmed bookings are to be made by the customer by email addressed to PrakritiLaya or on call with the assistance of our Reservations Manager who will send a confirmed booking voucher in the customer's name.
• No reservation will be acknowledged without a confirmed booking voucher or unless it is accepted on email by PrakritiLaya.
• In the case of "No Show" the hotel reserves right to charge 100% retention against the stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT DETAILS

• Check-in – 1:00 PM
• Check-out – 11:00 AM

Early check-in and check-out depend on availability. We will require the room by 11 AM so that we can have it ready for the following check in at 1 pm. However, you can use our common areas (wraparound veranda, garden & dining hall if you prefer to have lunch and check out.

TARIFF

All amounts are denominated in INR.

In the case of any future currency fluctuations, changes in component costs or government taxes PrakritiLaya Nature Homes reserve the right to renegotiate the rates.

REFUNDS

All refunds shall be processed as per the cancellation policy in 7 bank working days.

REGISTRATION

As per Government of India regulations, all guests above 18 years of age must produce valid ID for example Passport, Driving License, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and Voter’s Identity Card at the time of check-in. All ID's can be submitted at the time of check in. Hard copies are not required as we are trying to avoid print outs.

OCCUPANCY

Occupancy of site is restricted to the registered guests only therefore we do not allow any visitors without prior intimation and proper verification.

INSIDE THE ROOMS

There are no TVs, telephones inside the room.

RESPONSIBILITY

We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash / cigarette butts etc in the designated trash bins. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only.

RIGHT CONDUCT

We reserve the right to reject and evict any guest or group of guests who are found to be a nuisance which includes being disrespectful to our staff, management or other guests, engaging in fights, under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol, or generally being noisy and disrupting the peace at the resort.

DAMAGES

Any breakages / loss related to the resort caused by guests, will be charged to their personal account and must be settled in full upon check-out.

PETS

Regret we do not allow pets in PrakritiLaya.

FOOD

If you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies to any kind of food or drink, please check with the manager before consuming anything. Also inform the Front Office staff either before check – in or before meals so that necessary precautions are taken.

No room services. All our meals are served at our common dining area during the following timings:

BREAKFAST: 8:30 am to 10:00 am
LUNCH: 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
EVENING SNACKS: 4:00 pm to 5:30 pm
DINNER: 8:00 pm to 9:30 pm

SAFETY

• All our rooms/toilets and common areas are cleaned and sanitized on a daily basis. All common areas are appointed with hand sanitizers. We request guests to wear their face masks and also sanitize themselves during the course of their stay.
• All personal belongings will be the sole responsibility of the guests. The management will not be responsible for loss of any guest belongings and personal things. We request you to keep all your personal belongings safely.
• General room cleaning will be done only upon request by the guest and the rooms will be cleaned only in the presence of the guests or with the permission of the guest to enter the room while outside the premises.
• The management will not be responsible if any guests indulge in alcohol or illegal drug consumption outside the premises and are caught and penalized by the authorities.
• Guests are allowed to only walk from the room to the common areas during night hours. Any area without any lights inside the property MUST BE AVOIDED.
• After 11:00 PM, all pathway lights will be turned off. The guests are advised to stay indoors.
• If you are heading out anywhere, please be back at the resort before 10 PM to be on the safer side. Leaving the property after 10 PM will not be entertained.
